LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Gabriel Cannon, brother of actor Nick Cannon and brother-in-law of singer/actress Mariah Carey, is in custody Wednesday evening on suspicion of assaulting and robbing two men in a business dispute.

Cannon and an unknown associate reportedly assaulted and robbed a father and son who work in reality TV.

The dispute took place at  Ventura and Colfax in Studio City, according to Los Angeles police Sgt. William Mann of the North Hollywood Station.

Gabriel Cannon has several credits including his brother’s “Nick Cannon Presents: Wild ‘N Out” as a production assistant and as an actor in the 2006 movie “Even Money,” which also starred Nick Cannon.
