OC Councilwoman: Video Calling For Marines To Kill Muslims Edited
SANTA ANA (CBS) — An Orange County GOP lawmaker denies calling for US Marines to kill Muslims while attending a recent Yorba Linda Islamic fundraiser for charity relief.
KNX 1070's Bill Cooper reports the controversy stems from a video posted online of a local councilwoman apparently saying she personally knows soldiers who would be "very happy" to send jihadists to their final destination.

"I know quite a few Marines who would be very happy to help these terrorists to an early meeting in paradise," Villa Park Councilwoman Deborah Pauly told an American-flag-waving crowd outside of the Feb. 13 event.
Pauly, a Tea Party activist, says the video has been edited to make it appear she was referring to those attending the fundraiser.
She says she was referring to terrorists in the Middle East.
The video was uploaded by the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), and since its posting it has appeared on Al-Jazeera and elsewhere.
The fundraiser ultimately raised $60,000.
