Twitter Endorsement Deals Pour In For Charlie Sheen

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Now that he may have talked his way out of his job at "Two and a Half Men," Charlie Sheen may be able to recoup his lost salary by tweeting endorsements.

Since joining Twitter March 1, Sheen has broken the Guinness World Record for the "Fastest Time To Reach 1 Million Followers" and is on the verge of signing a deal with Ad.ly, according to the Hollywood Reporter. If Sheen does make a deal with the agency, which specializes in celebrity endorsements on Twitter, he could earn $1 million a year.

Sheen could even beat Kim Kardashian at the celebrity Tweeting game, according to the Reporter.

The actor, who has been hospitalized, been in rehab, had his top-rated show stop production and had his twin boys taken away in a less-than 3-month period, is unlikely to accept one particular endorsement offer, though it pays more money. The Chill Group has offered Sheen $3 million to shut his mouth, according to LA Weekly.

The group's product, a drink called "Just Chill," has a tagline of "Live Above the Noise." The deal also calls for Sheen to do a month of rehab at Sober Valley Lodge in Beverly Hills, the Weekly reported.
