"THE SHAMROCK & ROLL SWEEPSTAKES"
CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THE CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. How to Enter the Contest:

(a) The KCAL9 "THE SHAMROCK & ROLL SWEEPSTAKES" will begin on Monday, February 28, 2011 and end on Sunday, March 13 2011 at 11:59 PM PST. Contest is sponsored by McDonald's Corporation.

(b) To participate in the contest, viewers must enter online at www.kcal9.com/shamrock, upload their karaoke video, and complete the Entry Form provided with name, address, age, and daytime phone number. All submissions must be in one of the following formats: wmv, mov, or mp4; and no more than one (1) minute in length and video file size to be 20MB or less.

(c) KCAL9-TV ("Sponsor") is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, misaddressed, postage due, incomplete or illegible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Contest and conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Contest is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.cbsla.com. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Contest or website or violates the Official Rules of the Contest. By use of this website and by entering the Contest, you agree to the Sponsor's Web Site Terms of Use Agreement and to the use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at: www.cbslacom.

(d) All entries become property of the sponsors and will not be returned.

(e) Only one (1) video entry per email address will be considered an entry. An entry submitted is deemed to be made by the holder of the e-mail account.

(f) Broadcasts are subject to preemptions and scheduling changes. If such changes occur, they will be posted on KCAL9-TV website.

(g) Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

2. Eligibility Restrictions:

(a) The contest is open to Southern California residents who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of KCBS-TV, KCAL9-TV, CBS Corp, McDonald's Corporation, other television and radio stations in the Los Angeles market, and their affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising agencies and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are ineligible to participate or win.

(b) Viewers are eligible to win a KCAL9-TV Sweepstakes only once every sixty days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Sweepstakes. Viewers are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months.

(c) All entries become the sole property of KCBS-TV/KCAL9-TV and will not be returned. By entering, entrants agree to abide by these rules, and warrant and represent that their entry is their original work.

(d) Contestants are required to provide truthful information and Sponsor will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. Sponsor will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and Sponsor will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13.

3. Prizes:

(a) Grand Prize Package: One Grand Prize winner will receive: two (2) round-trip coach airline tickets from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, Nevada; and two (2) nights hotel accommodations, double-occupancy, including room and taxes only, in the Las Vegas area; and round-trip limousine service to and from the winner's residence in Southern California to and from LAX Airport. Grand Prize Winner and Guest must travel during weekdays only. Approximate value of the Grand Prize Package is: $800.00

(b) All other costs and expenses in connection with Prize Winner's receipt and use of the prize are the winner's sole responsibility. The Prize Winner is responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including travel insurance, hotel room service, laundry service, gratuities, parking, meals, transportation, expenses and other incidentals.

(c) Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of comparable value.

(d) All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of KCAL9-TV, 4200 Radford Ave, Studio City, CA 91604. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within 48 hours of winning will be forfeited by the qualifiers/winner. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the qualifiers/winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the qualifiers/winner and therefore, the qualifiers/winner assumes the risk of its arrival. KCBS-TV/KCAL9-TV is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

4. Selection of Winners:

(a) Decisions of the contest sponsors with respect to the contest are final

(b) The Prize Winner will be selected by a panel of KCAL9 judges (TBD) from all eligible video entries received on or about Monday, March 14, 2011.
Each video will be judged based on the following criteria: Vocal performance and Showmanship.

A representative of KCAL9-TV will contact the winner by telephone. If KCAL9-TV is unable to contact the winner based on the information provided on the entry form through the initial phone call or e-mail, an alternate winner will be randomly selected from all other eligible entries. Winner must be present on the phone to win and accept the prize as stated or respond by given deadline provided by KCAL9-TV. KCAL9-TV is not responsible for any winner's inability to answer their phone when prize is being awarded by KCAL9-TV. The Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return to KCAL9-TV an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability form immediately upon notification. Inability to do so will result in a forfeiture of the Grand Prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Conditions:

(a) Payment of all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner and winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 or equivalent from Sponsor.

(b) You represent that you own all copyrights in the video. As a condition of submitting your video, you will license to CBS Broadcasting Inc. the non-exclusive right for any and all uses including to broadcast your video over KCBS-TV, KCAL-TV, over the internet or in any other format now known or hereinafter invented.

By participating in the contest, you agree to have your name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, and to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to acceptance of being featured on cbsLA.com, KCBS-TV, and KCAL9-TV (if applicable).

By participating in the contest, you represent that any other individuals in the video agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest, and everyone appearing in your video will be required to sign a publicity release, affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to your video being featured on cbsLA.com, KCAL9.com, KCBS-TV, and KCAL9-TV(if applicable).

You acknowledge that CBS may, at its sole discretion, edit, publish, promote or otherwise use any video submitted by you without further permission, notice or compensation. Such publication or other use may occur on television, on the Internet, and/or in or on any other medium of communication now or hereafter devised, and may be for advertising, promotion, the use of trade, and/or other commercial purposes. By submitting a video, you (and any other individual depicted in a video) consent to such publication r any other use.

As a condition of submitting your video, you (and any other individual depicted in a video) unconditionally and irrevocably waive all claims to compensation for use of the video, and/or any rights with respect to such use you may have under copyright law, the right to publicity, the right to privacy, the law of defamation, and any other common law or statutory claims under the laws of any jurisdiction.

(c) Unless a member of winner's immediate family, travel companion must be 21 years of age or older. Travel companion must travel with winner and must also sign and return a travel release, which must be returned with winner's affidavit of eligibility. By accepting the prize, winner grants to Sponsor the right to use the winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and publicity in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, without further permission or additional compensation (except where prohibited by law). All expenses on receipt and use of prize, and all federal, state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner and travel companion, by acceptance of their prizes, agrees to release KCBS-TV, KCAL9-TV, CBS Corp., McDonald's Corporation, their respective parents and subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders and their respective advertising, promotion and production agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity. Void where prohibited by law.

6. Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, which will become effective upon announcement. In the event of a misunderstanding, dispute, or human error, KCBS-TV/KCAL9-TV management will make the final determination of the prizewinner. By entering this contest, contestants agree to be bound by these rules and any KCBS-TV/KCAL9-TV management decision concerning the contest.

7. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of the prize.

8. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant's disqualification.
