Alhambra Man, 51, Pleads Not Guilty To Flashing Teen In Sauna
INDIO (CBS) — A 51-year-old Alhambra man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to a charge of exposing himself to a 16-year-old in the sauna of a Palm Desert resort.
Arturo Lucela is charged with indecent exposure and molesting a child, two misdemeanors that would force him to register as a sex offender if convicted.
The visitor allegedly flashed a boy while the two were in the sauna of the Marriott Shadow Ridge Resort on the afternoon of Dec. 10, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
Lucela posted $3,500 bail Dec. 21. He is next scheduled to appear in court March 22 for a pretrial hearing.
