1 Killed, 4 Injured In Wreck On 5 Freeway In Valencia
VALENCIA (CBS) — One person was killed and four others injured in a multi-car collision on the northbound Golden State (5) Freeway in Valencia.
The accident, which took place just south of Magic Mountain Parkway, was reported about 9:30 p.m. Friday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP received several 911 calls that five to seven cars had spun out on the freeway. Upon arrival, they found one person dead on the side of the road.
Four others with various injuries were transported to nearby hospitals.
