Suge Knight's Truck Impounded For Driving Infraction

BEVERLY HILLS (CBS)  — The celebrity Web site TMZ.com is reporting former Death Row Records Chief Executive Officer Suge Knight had a bad day.

Knight was cited for driving with a suspended license today in Beverly Hills and his black truck was impounded, police said.

Knight was stopped for a traffic violation at Beverly Drive and Park Way, just north of Santa Monica Boulevard, about 3 p.m., said Lt. Lincoln Hoshino of the Beverly Hills Police Department.

Knight will have to deal with the citation, but it is unclear whether he will be able to get his license renewed.

"I don't know if he will be able to do that," said Hoshino.

TMZ reported that when Knight's truck was towed, he asked a random female onlooker for a ride to a nearby location and she obliged.

The last time Knight was arrested for driving on a suspended license was in 2010, and he failed to appear in court and was arrested after a warrant was issued for him, TMZ reported.
