Pontiac Fever Suspected In Playboy Mansion Outbreak
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — County health officials continue to track down the source of an illness that cause over 170 people to fall ill after attending an event at the Playboy Mansion.
The outbreak of legionellosis usually referred to as Legion-elles) or Pontiac fever, a milder form of Legionnaires' disease.
While the virus has not been conclusively tied to the Mansion, health officials, including those from the CDC, are still investigating.
Dr. Anita Kriplani, a pulmonary specialist with St. Vincent's Hospital in Los Angeles, tells KFWB's Maggie McKay there doesn't necessarily have to be any "hot tub action" for Mansion-goers to contract the disease.

Department of Public Health have already said the illnesses are likely to have been
limited to conference attendees.
