Apply it every night using a q-tip – only on the spots. The spots shoul dfade in about 3 weeks.

Hi Louisa here: The recipe is 3 parst witch hazel to 1 part fresh lemon juice.
So that would be 3 tbsp WH and 1 tsp L

thank u gina…went to CVS and there were 2 kinds of witch hazel. one was stronger than the other. think we should use the stronger one that was more like an astringent???
