Road Rage Investigation Leads to Pot Farm Bust

REDONDO BEACH (CBS) — A 29-year-old Redondo Beach man arrested about a month ago with three pounds of pot was arrested again Wednesday for allegedly growing about 600 plants in a rented house.

Jeffrey Henderson was booked for growing pot for sale, according to California Highway Patrol Officer Travis Ruiz. Redondo Beach Police searched his rented house in the 3500 block of Rindge Lane, he said.

Henderson was first arrested in early January after a CHP officer found marijuana in his car after responding to a road rage report on the 405 Freeway, Ruiz said. The officer also found about $2,000 in cash in the BMW Henderson was driving.
