Glendale Woman Turns 108-Years-Young!

GLENDALE (CBS)  — Florence Tuckman turned 108 today. Although she doesn't look a day over 70!

Rita Garcia, reporting for CBS2 and KCAL9, asked Tuckman the key to longevity. She said matter of fact, "Being happy."

To hear Tuckman tell it, her longevity is no biggie. "It's just a number, I'm still me...in my heart."

Born in 1903, Tuckman has lived a long life pursuing happiness.  To her, being happy, is the key to success.

"The best day is today," she maintains.

She loves to play cards and works her mind. She is in a wheelchair but still remains active.

Her birthday wish? More happiness, of course.
