2 Men Stabbed After Fight At Convenience Store
COVINA (CBS) — Authorities Sunday said an a fight that apparently started in a Covina convenience store ended with two men stabbed and three suspects in custody.
The fight began in a store at around 1 a.m. and moved into the 500 block of South Barranca Avenue, where five people – including three juveniles – stabbed two men, Covina police Sgt. Rob Bobkiewicz said.
The victims were stopped by police as they attempted to leave the area, Bobkiewicz said. They were transported to County-USC Medical Center, he said, adding that both should be OK.
Bobkiewicz said the suspects were arrested at the scene.
