CSUN Stuns UC Irvine For 3rd Win In 4 Games

IRVINE  (AP) -- Rashaun McLemore scored 11 of his team-high 15 points in the first half to help CS Northridge edge UC Irvine 66-62 on Thursday night.

The Matadors (7-13, 3-3 Big West) led 41-36 at the half, making 16 of 30 shots (53 percent).

Darren Moore had 21 points and eight rebounds for the Anteaters (10-10, 3-3), who had their three-game win streak snapped.

Eric Wise had 20 points and 12 rebounds for UC Irvine, which shot just 32 percent (20 of 62) for the game.

Dathan Lyles scored 14 points on 5-of-6 shooting and Lenny Daniel had 12 points and 10 rebounds for the Matadors.
