DALLAS (CBS) – The Los Angeles Clippers will be without leading scorer Eric Gordon at least three weeks because of a wrist injury.
The team said Tuesday night that Gordon has a sprained right wrist and a small bone chip fracture. After seeing multiple doctors, it was determined he would miss 3-4 weeks.
Gordon is averaging 24.1 points, eight-best in the NBA. He was hurt Saturday night in a victory over Golden State.
The Clippers were on a 12-5 surge going into their game against the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday night.
Randy Foye started in Gordon’s place against the Mavericks.
