Former A's 3rd Baseman Chavez Works Out With Dodgers
PHOENIX, Ariz.(CBS)--Former Oakland A's third baseman Eric Chaves worked out with the Los Angeles Dodgers at their Camelback training facility in Arizona on Thursday.
Assistant general managers De Jon Watson and Logan White were among club officials in attendance.
The former all-star has already worked out for Seattle, New York Yankees and the Blue Jays.
If the Dodgers are impressed, the six-time gold glove would appear for some pinch hitting and backup starting third baseman Casey Blake.
