Lowell, Massachusetts: Expectant mom -- having labor pains -- drives herself to the hospital. It's 3 a.m. She pulls up at the emergency room and parks. But if you've ever been to a hospital, you know you can't park there. But that's OK, because if you've ever been to the hospital, you know that's exactly where a lot of them staff a valet parking kiosk.
So even though the woman (her name hasn't gone public; I guess we soon will know why) can't park there, it's OK, because the uniformed valet agrees to take her car and park it himself. He does. At some place they don't find until Saturday morning, a day later. This wasn't one of those hospitals that had a valet. The woman found out while being admitted. That's a traumatic delivery. And so now we know why she doesn't want her name used.
Why did the guy just take the car for a while? We don't know: they haven't found him yet.
