Hiker Falls 200 Feet Between Eaton Canyon Waterfalls

ALTADENA (CBS) — Authorities say a hiker was hospitalized after falling 200 feet in Eaton Canyon between two waterfalls.

The fallen hiker was reported at 1:05 p.m. between the second and third waterfalls in the Eaton Canyon area of the Angeles National Forest, Capt. Mike Parker said.

The hiker, identified only as a 26-year-old man, sustained several injuries and was taken to a hospital about 4 p.m., sheriff's officials said.
