Porn Producer May Buy Octomom Nadya Suleman's Home

LA HABRA (AP) — "Octomom" Nadya Suleman may be able to avoid eviction from her Southern California home for at least a month.

The co-founder of adult film company Vivid Entertainment has offered to pay her February mortgage while he considers whether to buy the La Habra home.

Steven Hirsch says Thursday he's looking into whether it makes good business sense to pay off the $450,000 Suleman owes and assume the note.

Current note-holder Amer Haddadin says negotiations are in final stages.

Suleman has a $4,000 mortgage payment due on Feb. 1 and is months overdue on a balloon payment.

She's turned down as much as $1 million to appear in a Vivid porn film.

Hirsch says the latest offer comes with no strings.

Suleman attorney Jeff Czech says she doesn't know details of the offer and has no comment.
