SYLMAR (CBS) — Two hikers who were lost on Wilson Canyon Trail were found Saturday in a steep canyon near Sylmar, a city fire official said.
Word of the stranded hikers came at 6:11 p.m. and they were located shortly afterward, said Erik Scott of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The two were hoisted onto a LAFD helicopter and taken to Olive View Hospital in stable condition, Scott said.
