Eucalyptus Tree Falls In Front Of Granada Hills Home
GRANADA HILLS (CBS) — A large eucalyptus tree has fallen in front of a home in Granada Hills Thursday, but no one was hurt, a fire official said.
The fallen tree was reported at 5:45 a.m. in the 17400 block of West Tulsa Street, Erik Scott of the Los Angeles Fire Department said.
"We heard the noise, then we jumped out of bed and I went to go check on my daughter... it felt like a freight train was coming," a resident told a local news station.
It was unclear what caused the tree to fall.
