VALLEY GLEN (CBS) — Power was restored Tuesday to an estimated 500 homes and businesses that lost electricity overnight in Valley Glen, according to the Department of Water and Power.
The outages were reported after a 70-foot tree crashed onto power lines on Hatteras Street near Fulton Avenue, DWP spokeswoman Kim Hughes said.
The downed tree was reported at 11:33 p.m. Monday.
