IRVINE (AP) — Police say a drunken driver crashed his SUV into a light pole in Orange County during a rainstorm, killing a passenger.

Irvine police Lt. Barry Aninag says Tapu Aniceto Sitagata ran away after Tuesday’s crash and he was arrested about a half-block away.

The Los Angeles Times says the 27-year-old Santa Ana man has been booked for investigation of felony drunken driving and hit-and-run. Sitagata is free on bail.

He ran away, then was released on BAIL???? No, no flight risk here. He’s back in his home country now. Hopefully he wont come back, too bad he had to kill someone to get lost.

Why would they let him free on bail? He’s obviously an Asian Immigrant. He’s surely going to leave the country.

To all of you that commented above let tell you something, every time you read some thing in the newspaper you would think its true because its in the newspaper, but the newspaper only tells one side of the story, so get both sides of the story before you judge a person.
