Ex-Anaheim Police Officer Sentenced For Sexually Assaulting, Harassing Women While On Duty

SANTA ANA (AP) — A former Anaheim police officer has been sentenced to four years in state prison for sexually assaulting or harassing three women while on duty.

Prosecutors said 62-year-old Bradley Wagner of Perris, who is no longer with the police department, was sentenced Thursday in Santa Ana Superior Court. He pleaded guilty to several felony counts in May.

Wagner was in uniform and on duty when he pulled over a woman in 2005. When he learned she didn't have legal papers, he forced her to perform oral sex by threatening her with deportation.

Wagner fondled another woman and threatened to deport her after pulling her over. The third victim said Wagner pulled her over on four occasions, asked her personal questions and let her go each time without writing a ticket.
