BURBANK (AP) — Police have arrested a well-dressed 51-year-old man suspected of flashing at least three women in Burbank.

Sgt. Daniel Mayreis says Vincent Ernest Gaston of Los Angeles was arrested Sunday and he was booked for investigation of committing lewd acts. Bail is set at $50,000.

Gaston is believed to be the well-dressed man who flashed two joggers Saturday and other women in Burbank in recent weeks. Investigators say the flasher wore a tie and dress pants.

The Los Angeles Times says victims reported the flasher fleeing in a black Lincoln Town Car with a taxi permit number on the rear window. Mayreis says the information narrowed their investigation to limousine drivers.
