Big Rig Hauling Christmas Trees Overturns On 101 Freeway

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — The 101 Freeway was closed at the connector to the 110 Friday after a big rig hauling 42,000 pounds of Christmas trees overturned, according to Officer Ed Jacobs of the California Highway Patrol.

No injuries were reported.

Cleanup efforts were expected to take several hours.
