Hot dinner and breakfast along with a bag lunch and a place to stay the night are included, along with hot showers.

Tim Davis is the executive director of the Santa Clarita Community Development Corporation which runs the shelters and he says when it comes to families they actually put them up in a hotel for the night.

The Sylmar facility will house at least 125 people, fewer in Santa Clarita.
