2 Enter Pleas In Murder Of 5-Year-Old Boy

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Two reputed Los Angeles gang members have pleaded not guilty to charges of murdering a 5-year-old boy who was shot as he posed for Halloween costume photos in his backyard.

Eighteen-year-old Marcus Denson and 21-year-old Leonard Hall also pleaded not guilty Friday to attempted murder. They could face life in prison if convicted. Both remain jailed on $4 million bail each.

Prosecutors allege the men entered rival gang territory and Hall opened fire on a South Los Angeles backyard on Oct. 31, shooting Aaron Shannon Jr. in the head as he posed in his Spider-Man costume. Two of his relatives were wounded.

Authorities say the men mistakenly thought rivals lived at the home.

Glad they pleaded not guilty. When they find enough evidence and sentence them guilty they will have a harsher penalty (Longer time in jail or hopefully sentenced to Death.

They need to be sentenced to death to send a message to other idiot gang members out there who even think about picking up a gun,!
