KROQ Announces Night 2 Line-Up For ‘Almost Acoustic Christmas’

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — The “World Famous” KROQ has announced the Night 2 lineup for the star-studded, 21st Annual “Almost Acoustic Christmas” concert.

The line-up for Sunday, Dec. 12, at Gibson Amphitheatre includes:

- Phoenix
- Vampire Weekend
- Brandon Flowers
- The Black Keys
- The Temper Trap
- Neon Trees
- Florence & the Machine
- Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros
- Broken Bells

Night 1 on Saturday, Dec. 11, also at Gibson Amphitheatre, will feature:

- The Smashing Pumpkins
- Social Distortion
- My Chemical Romance
- Bad Religion
- Jimmy Eat World
- Cake
- A Day to Remember
- The Dirty Heads
- Anberlin
- Switchfoot

    wow, the above three comments could not be more different than the opinion of everyone else i have spoken too. the lineup is AMAZING! Especially night #2… maybe this is an indication of what people “think” is popular? sorry KROQ could not get Justin Bieber for you guys! i will be there, and it will be EPIC

    well coming from a person that used to work at this station unfortunately its far from being epic. the first 5 years of these concerts were amazing because they combined established kroq groups with the new sounds of the day… so i could see the night 2 lineup being amazing but then throwing in bands that are still playing live such as echo and the bunnymen/flock of seagulls/devo etc.. would take it back to what the show was before. IMO
