SANTA ANA (AP) — A Southern California teenager has testified that he first kissed his high school band teacher when he was 15 and the relationship turned sexual when he was 16.

The Orange County Register reports the teen detailed the relationship Monday with 31-year-old Carlie Rose Attebury on the first day of her sexual misconduct trial in Santa Ana.

The teen said he and Attebury frequently had sex at her house while she was band director at El Modena High School in Orange.

Attebury is charged with seven felonies including unlawful sexual intercourse.

Her attorney says Attebury acknowledged she had sex with students and former students who were over 18 during parties at her house, but denies that she had sex with the teen who testified.

Now Folks there is an abundance of this going on in Orange County CA.
This is the County that opposes EVERYTHING.
Like the old saying goes….”People who live in Glass houses.
    shouldn’t throw stones.”

At 16, this type of action becomes sex education, not molestation

I graduated in 76 and never knew any teachers like this. The majority of the female teachers were old, fugley and fat. I’m sure any male high school student that has a hot teacher fantasizes about making hot teach squeal like a pig.

this guy bragged about his first experience. He liked it, ejoyed it and he should have kept his mouth shut. he should be thankfull he was the lucky one.

The teen-aged man is obviously a rat-fink jilted-punk that is setting her up after NOT getting into her pants like he wanted. Any sane judge ought throw this nonsense out of court (which, at “worst”, is a harmless affair that’s no one else’s business). Calling that ungentlemanly creep a “victim” is to make a mockery of REAL sex-crime victims.
