Record 50 Vehicles To Debut At LA Auto Show

LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Hybrids and electric cars will dominate the floor at this year's L.A. Auto Show.

The show, which opens Nov. 19 and runs through Nov. 28 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, will include the world debuts of Honda's electric concept car, KIA's Optima Hybrid and Toyota's RAV4 EV concept.

A record 50 vehicles will debut at the show, where attendees will get a chance to test drive offerings from Ford, Land Rover, Buick, Chevrolet, GMC and Toyota.

Several newly redesigned favorites will also make their first stops in Los Angeles. Among Nissan's three debuts includes the redesigned Quest minivan. Two redesigned convertibles will also make their appearances – the new Chevrolet Camaro convertible and the Volkswagen Eos.

The L.A. Auto show will be open Thanksgiving Day. Tickets are $12 for adults and children 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult. Visit the L.A. Auto Show's website for complete show hours and a $2 off coupon.
