STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Listen up, Hawaii Five-O fans! Actress Taryn Manning stopped by KCAL9 Monday to talk about the new CBS hit show and her upcoming projects.

She plays Mary Ann McGarrett, the sister of Lt. Commander Steve McGarrett, on the show.

In addition to her role on Hawaii Five-O, Manning is a true entertainer and entrepreneur, having her hand in acting, music as well as fashion. While she is most known for her critically acclaimed roles in “Hustle and Flow” and TV’s “Sons of Anarchy,” she is also singer and DJ who tours the world.

Her band BOOMKAT has had their music appear in such films as “8 Mile” and “Mean Girls” and recently released their second album.
