LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Police say a male transient was found dead Friday near a gate at the Playboy Mansion.

KCAL9 reported the body was found on the Los Angeles Country Club golf course adjacent to the Playboy property, citing information from a Playboy Enterprises official.

The man reportedly may have been trying to get on the Playboy grounds for a “Grand Charities” event at the mansion Thursday night.

The coroner’s office picked up the body, but the cause of death, the man’s name or why he was at the mansion have not been determined.
