Hot weather with some golf jokes thrown in

So here it is the second day of November and we will be talking about temperatures that are in some cases 20 degrees above average.  A strong ridge of high pressure is nudging over to the great basin and that will translate into an off-shore flow.  The compressional heating will keep temperatures warmer in Long Beach than in Lancaster.  We have wind advisories through 2 p.m. Tuesday, for most of our valleys and mountains in the viewing area.  A high surf advisory kicks in this afternoon and runs through Wednesday at 11 p.m. 

Here is the good news...temperatures cool down for the weekend.  Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will hit into the 70's.

Now onto the golf jokes.  I hosted the Tarzana Providence Medical Foundation golf tournament yesterday at El Caballero Country Club.  I had to find some good golf jokes for the event...here is one of my favorites.
