LOS ANGELES (AP) — Relatives say a heated custody dispute may have prompted a driver to crash his pickup truck into a Los Angeles home, killing his newborn daughter and her teenage mother.

Eduardo Bonilla identified his niece as 19-year-old Trudy Bonilla and her 10-day-old daughter as Naomi Bonilla. Both died after Naomi’s father sped his truck into a corner bedroom in Boyle Heights late Sunday night.

Bonilla says hours before the crash, the driver threatened to kill his niece and her daughter because she wouldn’t give him custody.

KNX 1070′s John Brooks Reports

Bonilla says the driver and his niece had dated for about 18 months, but broke up about three months ago.

The driver, who Bonilla knew only as Victor, remains hospitalized after his arrest but is expected to survive.

I want to know if the young “man” is illegal or not. If he is, then whoever all didn’t deport him has the blood of 2 innocent people on their hands. And I hope he gets tortured by other inmates every day for the rest of his life. Any civilized person realizes that if a mother wants out of the relationship and feels the father is abusive to the child, that she has the absolute right to leave, and without dying. This selfish, male-trash, punk should have been man enough to put a gun to his head rather than kill 2 people, and particularly a defenseless child. His action shows she was correct to leave.

Please, if anyone here feels you want to harm a child or harm an ex, simply because the ex exercised their right to leave, then please, do us all a favor and take your life and leave the woman who is tired of your control and abuse, and a defenseless child alone. Maybe in some s**tholes outside the US, women are considered 2nd-class citizens and sex-objects designed to never have a soul, opinions, or any sense of self. However, in the US, men and women are considered equally worthwhile, equally deserving of rights, and allowed to have the same “misbehavior” as men without double standards. If you don’t think that women should be treated equal, then either kill yourself or leave the US.

If you come to the US, you are to never have sex with someone under 18 if you are over 18, no matter what. If you come to the US, you are not allowed to beat or kill your wife just because you are too weak to take an insult. If you live in the US, you are never to force sex on your wife if she doesn’t want it at any given moment, but instead are supposed to be a man enough to have the self-control to do without. In the US, clothing has nothing to do with whether a woman is a prostitute or not, and the majority of the women you see have enough morals to not do that. In the US, killing a child or having sex with them is considered wrong no matter what. In the US, if you take in a child as your own, the only motive for doing so should be because you are a good person and helping them out of the goodness of your heart, not because you are grooming them for sex. It is immoral and wrong for any adult to expect a minor child to pay for their upkeep with sex.

So this man needs to have the worst beating he has ever experienced every day for the rest of his life. The good thing is that the wife and daughter will be in Heaven, and this selfish, man-trash brute will most likely burn in Hell forever. He stole 2 precious things he can never give back and should be made to pay until he can (which is never).
