VERNON (AP) — A pedestrian was killed Friday morning in a crash involving three vehicles, authorities said.

The deadly accident occurred at 6:30 a.m. at Downey Road and Slauson Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The victim’s name has not been released.

The crash was under investigation.
