INDIO (AP) — Prosecutors say a Cathedral City police officer is facing criminal charges after he allegedly stripped off his uniform and jumped nude into a pool where he attempted to sexually assault a woman.

The Riverside County district attorney’s office said Thursday that 37-year-old John Fox Jr. has been charged with two felonies, attempted sexual penetration and assault under the color of authority, as well as misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure and sexual battery in connection with the Sept. 29 incident.

Prosecutors say Fox was responding to a noise complaint at the home when he found three women swimming in the backyard pool.

The homeowner called 911 to complain that an officer was swimming nude in the pool. Fox put his uniform back on and left the residence before his supervisor arrived.

And cops are the good guys? Yeah right! They’re only good when their supervisors are watching. Cops are the most deviant and corrupt people in this world because they think they’re above the law and can get away with everything.

Every cop out there is cringing right now reading about this idiot who slipped through the cracks, and will be more than happy when he no longer shares their profession. The good ones have to deal with the fallout from bad ones like this all their careers.This is just completely stupid, and it sounds like this guy should never have been hired.

An easier way to say it, because he was a police officer’s he missed used his authority, there is actually a section in the Penal Code that talks about peace officers and misusing using their power. When you get time you could look up the llaw yourself on the Internet

ALmost all Police are corrupt , they are trained to lie and exaggerate every single sitiuation that envolves civilians, but when comes to police conduct they downplay everything they do.
