LOS ANGELES (KCAL9) — The annual Airline Quality Rating report is out!
According to a story by U.S. News & World Report, the top five airlines that could stand to do the most work on making their customers happy are US Airways, American Airlines, Alaska Airlines, United Airlines and Delta.
Several common complaint areas were on time arrival, mishandling baggage, delays, involuntary denied boardings.
