PACOIMA (CBS) — Police say a 21-year-old man was shot and killed Sunday at the end of a birthday party in Pacoima.

Police were called to the 11500 block of Fellows Avenue at about 3 a.m. and found Francisco Leon Jr. lying on the ground, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, Los Angeles police Officer Cleon Joseph said.

Leon was pronounced dead at the scene.

The party was nearing its end when a young man approached him and asked for his gang affiliation, Joseph said.

“The man then pulled out a gun, shot Leon and left the scene,” Joseph said. “Leon had no known or apparent gang ties and the motive for the shooting is unknown.”

this is such bs!!! why do we have to deal with this. send this dam immigrants back to their country and they can kill and wound their relatives as much as they want. we dont need this garbadge here, its one thing to help people but these arent people they take everything for granted and kill innocent people. Our laws should also be stronger, let them hang the criminal in the corner of the street for everyone to see then cut his toes and put salt on it let me see if someone else dares to do something like that.

Wow, as a born and raised New Yorker I’m surprised that the posts I read had so much hatred and racist undertones.Really, to refer to Hispanics or anyone as ‘them’, ‘they’ or ‘those people’ doesn’t make sense.
