Body Found At Busy Hollywood Intersection

HOLLYWOOD (CBS) — Authorities said the body of a man was found inside a car Tuesday in Hollywood.

The body was found about 1:35 p.m. near the corner of Hawthorn and Highland avenues, behind the studio where “Jimmy Kimmel Live” is taped, said Richard French of the Los Angeles Police Department.

Detectives determined by Tuesday evening that the man died of natural causes.

The man was identified as Larry Addison Bortolott, 40, of Burbank.

LAPD Officer Sara Faden said, “Detectives have now determined the man died of natural causes. So that ends our investigation responsibilities into his death. It will now be up to the coroner to determine exactly how he died.”

I heared it was behind the Jimmy Kimmel shows studio. He probably got tired of waiting around for the show to start. He thought, I’m sure, that he was going to die sooner or later….

I know that man, so I know with all certainty this is not the opportunity for a punchline of any kind. show some respect or at least a little sensitivity.

Larry is a friend of mine also. I also have a friend on the Jimmy Kimel show. Larry was a good man and his wife is an Angel.
I think your joke is in bad taste and Larry would have loved it.
Larry is missed a lot by all of us. He passed away from an allergic reaction to a bee sting. Very sad, especially for his wife and family.
