LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Unregistered voters have until Monday to submit their voter registration forms if they want to vote in the Nov. 2 election.

U.S. citizens at least 18 years old by Nov. 2, and not in prison or on parole, are eligible to vote.

Voter registration forms must be either received or postmarked by 11:59 p.m. Monday.
