HUNTINGTON BEACH (CBS)  — Mike Reis has a message for whoever is behind the break-ins that have plagued the area surrounding his beachfront home: you’ve been called out.

Reis, who owns a graphics design company, says it was no trouble to put up a sign outside his home that reads, “We have a thief in the neighborhood”, but his neighbors might not be so pleased with the effort.
