Testimony Resumes In McCourt Divorce Trial

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Testimony in the divorce case of Frank and Jamie McCourt will resume Monday in a Los Angeles courtroom, where a judge could decide who owns the Dodgers. Negotiations held Friday failed to resolve differences between the McCourts.

At issue are two versions of a postnuptial marital agreement the couple signed in 2004. One version gives both McCourts ownership of the baseball team, Dodger stadium and surrounding land. Another makes them the sole property of Frank McCourt.

Jamie McCourt is challenging that version and seeking a slice of the Dodgers under California's community property law.
