Teen Awakened By Intruder Stroking Her Hair
RANCHO PALOS VERDES (AP) — Police say a teenager sleeping in her Rancho Palos Verdes home was awakened by an intruder stroking her hair.

Los Angeles County sheriff's Detective Chuck Braden says the high-school-age girl woke up with a man kneeling next to her bed and stroking her hair.
The Daily Breeze in Torrance says the girl screamed and the man ran. The girl's father chased him out of the house.
The girl didn't recognize the man, but Braden says the girl was apparently targeted and it wasn't a random act.
Investigators on Thursday released a photograph of the intruder. The photos were copied from video surveillance tapes from an undisclosed location.
