Jurors See 'Healthy' Photos Of Anna Nicole Smith In Court

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A Los Angeles jury has seen a dazzling slide show of Anna Nicole Smith appearing healthy and involved with her baby during three months when a prosecution witness claimed she was drugged and barely able to function.

A defense attorney presented 90 pictures Tuesday including some taken days after Smith gave birth to her daughter Dannielynn in 2006.

The presentation came in the trial of the late model's boyfriend Howard K. Stern and Drs. Khristine Eroshevich and Sandeep Kapoor, who have pleaded innocent to giving Smith excessive drugs.

There were shots of Smith feeding and kissing the baby, posing family-style and in a bikini.

A nanny who testified to Smith's semiconscious state identified most of the photos and was seen posing with Smith. The prosecution responded with photos of a disheveled Smith sitting on a toilet holding her dog.
