A fire has broken out in Calabasas.
LOS ANGELES (AP) — Los Angeles firefighters are battling a fire in a mansion in a Santa Monica Mountains neighborhood.
The fire was reported at 7:27 a.m. Tuesday in the heavily vegetated Benedict Canyon area above Bel Air Estates and Beverly Hills.
Initial concerns that it was a brushfire led to a huge response.
Fire Department spokesman Devin Gales says 95 firefighters are on the scene.
Gales says there are no reports of anyone inside the large structure or any injuries.
