CALABASAS (CBS) — County fire authorities say a 6-acre brush fire that threatened homes in the Calabasas area is out.
The fire was reported about noon near the 25000 block of Queens Cliff Court. Los Angeles County Fire Capt. Sam Padilla said some homes in the Mountain View Estates area were threatened.
Firefighters and a SuperScooper aircraft doused the flames within an hour.

I don’t like it either. It seems like several news websites took on a new look as of September 1st as if they all use a similar software platform and an upgrade was released. The page does an automatic refresh and if you are typing a comment, you lose everything you typed if you don’t finish before the next refresh. The layout of story text is easier on the eyes but there are a lot of bugs that need to be worked out overall.
