Burglary Foiled, But Jewels Still Missing

LOS ANGELES (KNX 1070) — Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies say a hunt is underway for what's estimated to be a couple of thousands of dollars' worth of gold chains and necklaces allegedly taken from a jewelry store in Pico Rivera.  The sheriff's department says the smoked out the suspect,  who was was hiding in the store attic.
