LOS ANGELES (AP) — Authorities say a driver veered off the road
and killed a man who had been asleep in the bushes next to an off-ramp of a Los Angeles freeway.

The California Highway Patrol said in a news release that 37-year-old Adan Rodriguez was declared dead at the scene Saturday on the Vermont Avenue off-ramp of U.S. 101 in the Koreatown area.

The CHP says 28-year-old Anesha Hicks of San Leandro was driving the Mitsubishi Galant that also hit two road signs and a tree and caught fire.

The release says Hicks was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Wow!!! What are the odds that you can veer into the bushes of any one of the thousands of the 101 off-ramps and hit a sleeping Mexican in L.A.?!? Amazing…

Most likely she was contemplating the end of the reign of Queen Pelosi, seeing as how San Leandro is in Bagdad by the Bay. Just forgot she was driving – Ya right 🙂

These days, the odds are likely pretty good that you could just as easily find a Caucasian ex-executive sleeping in the bushes!

bottom line….no one should have to live in bushes by a freeway, no matter what your race is. Personally I see more whites living on the streets, then any other race. I personally am white, who sees no color….I have relatives of every color, black white brown….We love uncondionally….we greive uncondionally, and we have faith to others uncondionally.
