LOS ANGELES — A candlelight vigil will be held Monday night for Mitrice Richardson, whose remains were identified last week.

Richardson disappeared last September after being released in the middle of the night from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Malibu/Lost Hills Station.

The vigil for Richardson was scheduled for 6 p.m. at Leimert Plaza Park near the intersection of Crenshaw Boulevard and Vernon Avenue in South Los Angeles.
